He's an idiot for thinking he could pull this off. He's been watching too much "Flip This House." Having 9 houses in mortgage is totally dumb. Even the big dogs knew the housing boom was going to bust sometime. They watched their pennies and got their share done quickly. He's just a wannabe that got caught with his investments in hock so now he's whining.
