I really hate when people sue for money. I would sue for my attorney fees covered and the right to seek criminal charges against those that committed this bullshit. Incompetence shouldn't be allowed to be covered by law enforcement shield laws.

I know what a Hellfire is, I just don't know why/how this guy is lucky for not having one in his face.

The government recently killed an american citizen without trial with a drone on purpose.

yeah, but this guy's Jamaican, so "Hellfire" usually refers to a particularly harsh smoke, not death from above.

Ha. That makes sense. But IIRC, Al-ZawaWhatever burned his US passport and actively sponsored and encouraged jihad, fatwah and whatnot angains the US. I understand the uneasiness aobut the US gov. killing a US citizen without a trial, but I'd say this guy had it coming. Not the one in the article.

Doesnt matter, execution without trial is ALWAYS a bad precedent.

For the Goodwin, what if Hitler held dual citizenship in Germany and US?

No. Not even then. Rules are to be adhered to slavishly. We are not to ever think, or consider the circumstances. We are to act like robots obeying our programming. Heil Hitler.
