How many can you name without looking things up?
Over 9000.
All of them.
I can't promise the names I give them won't already be used somewhere else however.

Red and yellow and pink and green, orange and purple and blue.
I was gonna say 256 ^ 3, but shocker already covered it.

380 is pretty damn purple. Can you really see 740? I thought most folks' eyes pooped out by 700.

Red orange yellow green blue violet, then on either side of that are infra red and ultra violet, though not part if the human visual spectrum...
You people suck at this. Without getting into obscure colors, what about: Tan, beige, indigo, gold, silver, bronze, chartreuse, charcoal, infrared, ultraviolet, maroon, navy, azure, goldenrod, magenta, cyan, octarine, hot pink, khaki, burgundy, crimson, buff, mulberry, and scarlet?
Damn, you're fast, puff.

Wasn't referring to my perception range specifically, but rather human range limit extremes.

Either that, or I had a mini-stroke between posting that and copying the tags in.
I really doubt you had entered all those before I posted them, especially "octarine".

No, I hadn't. I just copypasta'd to taggination.

If I would actually waste the time to make my time wasting more efficient, I'd have text files with tags in them, like colors, nations, bNers past and present, 'classic' tags, and dishes with dick, all ready to go at the right time.
This thread is useless without cerulean.

My favorite oil paint color is yellow ochre. It's a warm brown mustard kinda yellow that make you all warm and fuzzy and leaves you craving a corn dog.
spongegirl circleskirt: Is that one of those laboratory stains?
[geek mode]
No, it's a white color - Sometimes used in TV to specify a particular white. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Standard_illuminant

Heh. Another thing about that paint color..it spreads really smooth. It's almost like there is extra linseed oil for artistic lube.

Linseed oil smells really great. Traditional putty is made with it. Work some of that stuff and your hands end up smelling (and feeling) awesome!

When the ex was still alive and we were together, he soaked a wooden staff in Linseed oil for 4 months. (for practicing his martial arts) The wood smelled awesome. It was a pleasure to hold it, the wood was so smooth.
We were the same height, so I got to play with it too.

Lilac and lavender are my two favorite colors.
