"Troubled cops can call the outside counseling group POPPA, Police Organization Providing Peer Assistance, headed by Genet."

It's stuff like this that makes me wonder if "Fringe", "X-Files", or "Friday the 13th the Series" might have something when people start doing weird stuff without explanation and then it suddenly stops because 1 or 2 special agents caught the bad guy. But no one will ever know the truth. And the cops who didn't really kill themselves? Their families won't know the truth and will lose out on the insurance policy.
suicide by cop, sweet
