flashlv: now you are stretching, if he in fact was stalking him, arrest him for stalking.
Do you have an erection right now Flash?

Why won;t you guys answer any of my questions?
Why should Zimmerman be arrested for murder when the law says he had the right to defend himself?
Reasonable doubt comes in to play here and it would be nearly impposible to convict him.
Maybe they could charge him with manslaughter for getting out of his car, but they would have to prove Zimmerman was the aggressor in the fight. Can that be proven without a reasonable doubt?

the sonic dildo: The more I hear about this story, the angrier I get.
Have you heard the tape of the 911 call where you hear a scream and then a gunshot?
Nauseating.
Yeah, I lost it a bit after listening to the 911 call.

No, it isn't. The legal definition of stalking doesn't change one bit. What was the legitimate purpose for Zimmerman following the kid?

What's sad is your years and years of this shit. You're a fucking disgrace to humans. That you semi-play this dumbfuck authoritarian simpleton EVERY DAY FOR YEARS means there is something very wrong with you. Normal people do not spend their leisure time pretending to love when authority figures abuse their power. Sure every once in a while people blow of steam and act a fool on a forum. You ARE a fool. "Reasonable Flash" is like .5% of your posts. What the fuck get a hobby that doesn't involve displaying the worst parts of you.

Why should Zimmerman be arrested for murder when the law says he had the right to defend himself?
There is multiple references to Zimmerman stalking Martin to the point of initiating confrontation, therefore it was martin who had the right to defend himself, since Zimmerman decided to be fatal in his discretion of force, Zimmermans conviction of murder is his last chance for defense.
Reasonable doubt comes in to play here and it would be nearly impposible to convict him.
It is reasonably doubtful that Zimmerman was in a state of fear, quite contrarily he is actively pursuing Martin to the point of adverse confrontation.
Maybe they could charge him with manslaughter for getting out of his car, but they would have to prove Zimmerman was the aggressor in the fight. Can that be proven without a reasonable doubt?
He would be charged with manslaughter if he used his vehicle in his act of aggression. Zimmerman most definitely was the aggressor, since he was actively taking vigilante justice to the point that should be left to official peace keepers.

This is where we disagree, following someone is not being aggressive.
If so, are the people who follow police and film them being aggressive?

What's really interesting about this is that Zimmerman's first statement was that he got out of his vehicle to check a road sign and when he turned around Martin charged up behind him and attacked him by surprise. By his first public statement, he didn't follow anyone.
Is lying about the circumstances that led to you shooting someone probable cause to investigate the circumstances of the shooting? The police in his hometown don't think so.

he didn't just follow him, he got out of his vehicle after furtively following his stalking victim. Anyone who has ever been afraid of being mugged knows you don't turn your back on somebody whom has been stalking you for more than a few minutes, and from there Zimmerman's insistence to get an address, despite dispatcher guidance saying otherwise, is an act of confrontation, from which Martin likely became reasonably scared for his own life.
Okay flash. keep going. I'm going to be frank, where you're going, you won't need lies.
If you were the cluster of neurons in every persons head across the world, there would be no police officers, because the first act of police brutality or power abuses would lead to an empty workforce for the blue streak at the helm of the strongarms of the law.

Guys guys guys, it's pretty obvious that the kid was threatening this man with his bag of skittles. According to Florida law, if someone is acting aggressive with a bag of sweetened hard candy (which is a very effective weapon in the right hands), you absolutely have the right, some might even say duty, to shoot them dead.
bN doesn't autoparse URLs? WTF. Screw it, I'm not fixing that.
This is kinda interesting. Found this when I was googleing to find info on the height and weight of Trayvon because every photo out so far depicts him as a skinny little kid who does not look threatening.

The shooting was a tragedy and wrong, IMO.
Do you feel someone should be arrested because of public outrage? Do you think that someone should be arrested for doing something a flawed law allowed him to do?
The guy should not have followed him and opens himself up to a manslaughter charge, but the evidence we have, there seems to be reasonabld doubt.

He tries to run/walk fast away from him and asks what his deal is ... blah blah blah ... your buddy, the cop-a-be, probably really fucked up and killed a kid for no reason. Sorry to let you know.

You didn't even read it, did you? Here, let me help you since you're too dumb to navigate an article on your own:
"He said this man was watching him, so he put his hoodie on. He said he lost the man," the girl said. "I asked Trayvon to run, and he said he was going to walk fast. I told him to run but he said he was not going to run."
Eventually he ran, she said, thinking that he'd managed to escape. But suddenly the man was back, cornering Trayvon, she said.
"Trayvon said, 'What, are you following me for?' and the man said, 'What are you doing here?' Next thing I hear is somebody pushing, and somebody pushed Trayvon because the head set just fell. I called him again and he didn't answer the phone."
Then the line went dead, she said.

Zimmerman was studying law enforcement. He probably had some buddies on the force.
I won't be surprised if it comes out that he went on some ride-alongs with police as most all law enforcement student do.
Zimmerman was studying law enforcement. He probably had some buddies on the force.

flashlv: Why are you sorry?!?!
Why are you being an asshole?
You learned to play this bN like a fiddle.

osirisothedead: You didn't even read it, did you?
Then the line went dead, she said.
unreliable witness, at least that's what you would say.
I already said glad they have a witness, maybe there will be an arrest. Witherspoon evidence they can arrest people, not like how you think it should happen.

Zimmerman also has a prior arrest record for battery.

You said that no article said that he was being followed. Well, there's one that does. So fuck off.

Just because he followed the kid doesn't mean he escalated it.
Following someone should be illegal!
What did this guy do wrong?
This was not stalking.
What did the guy do that was illegal?
What was illegally done in this case?
That is a point of escalation, but don't you think the kid also escalated more?
Getting out of a car is illegal!
What did this guy do that was illegal???
Self Defense laws, sorry you feel that way.
I'll ask again, what was illegal here?
It was tragic, but following someone is not against the law.
Self Defense is automatically illegal?
And? That doesn't mean the shooting was unjustified.
Black kid automatically a victim. You all sound like Sharpton.

I'm curious as to the height & weight of Zimmerman & the kid Trayvon.
Zim looks pretty solid. The kid looks like a skinny kid.

I didn't see that one, but glad to know you are still unreasonable and angry.
Sorry for that bro.

I can't help but speculate he had some family connections. Rarely does an assault on a cop get charges dropped.

If they think playing a game of "any type of response is win", you can imagine how sad their pathetic lives must be.

Wrong side of what?
It's wrong to want evidence before an arrest is made?
I'll always be on the wrong side then.

Yeah he knew it right out of the gate. Which is why he was on that side.

What game?
People are getting angry because I look at the law.
