All it does is make your face numb, and you get a tine jittery rush, but you get a better rush from coffee.
It's weak and expensive. Nothing like real amphetamines or coke.
I guess you could go in to amphetamine psychosis if you did enough of it. But at $35 per little container, cocaine is cheaper. You'd spend thousands on bath salts.

It's Methylenedioxypyrovalerone, a research chemical. It's mild crap. Most of what you hear about it is hysteria.
If you did enough of it you might flip out like any other amphetamine, but it's expensive and I doubt most people would do it.
