Biography
bN is suffering a massive collapse, and if we don't take action we will face catastrophe. bN is simply too big to fail. Today we are all flashlv. Therefore I am proposing a BanniNation Stimulus Package that will jumpstart our community and restore confidence in the system.
My plan will provide immediate disemvowelment and stfu relief to those who have been the victims of excessive downvotes. Now I know this might be hard for some of you to see those who you believe have gotten us into this situation be rewarded with these breaks; however these members are often the most vocal and attention-drawing, and we need their support in the time to come.
My plan will establish a Moderation Committee of trusted members who will be able to guide our community in the interests of all. They will be given broad-ranging powers to prune and improve our posts and to remove those members who do not fit in with our goals, without informing them if necessary.
My plan will give ten extra anonymous posts to every member, regardless of post count. To balance these changes, members with over 3000 posts, who compose less than 5% of our membership, will have their anonymous and alt posting privileges revoked. It is time for these posters to start contributing their fair share. However, these members will not be cast aside. In order that they may contribute to the community, they may donate a monthly amount of $5 for the return of those privileges as well as additional benefits.
I have no doubt that the times ahead will be hard. However, I also have a hope that we as bNers and bNettes will pull together and make it through these tough times, just as our parents and grandparents did before us. bN is still a great community. Yes we can!
